History

Literally starting in a garage as a Web builder (1996), Nusanet has grown and achieved a number of "FIRSTS":

• The FIRST company to offer domain registration service (medannic.com) using the rupiah currency (2000)
• The FIRST to become a nationally licensed ISP outside jawa (2001)
• The FIRST Internet outfit to become a Microsoft Certifed Partner (MCP) in Indonesia (2002)
• The FIRST Motorola Authorized Canopy Solution Provider in Asia Pacific (2004)
• The owner of the FIRST Internet video streaming website (layartancap.com) in Indonesia (2007)

With customer satisfaction Nusanet has grown and now has a node in Gedung Cyber for direct Internet connection to OpenIXP, NTT (Nippon Telephone and Telegraph) and Indosat.

Nusanet is also an active member in APJII (Asosiasi Perusahaan Jasa Internet Indonesia / Indonesian Internet Service Provider Association) and has assigned IP block and AS number from APNIC (Internet Asia Pasific authority).
